The Arts Council of Rockland is a not-for-profit organization with a mission of keeping the arts alive in Rockland county. They publish a quarterly newsletter and organize grants for artists and community events. The video is shown at events and helps in fund raising drives.
Our role was a complete rebranding, creating engaging looking organization with vibrant campaigns that are implemented across all forms of collateral; event posters, website and videos.
Tea Tibet, is a not-for-profit tea company, where 100% of profits benefit existing charitable organizations that help to educate Tibetan students. The brand and packaging are designed to evoke the rich Tibetan culture.
There are five tea blends, named to reflect Buddhist qualities, we used the colors from prayer flags to distinguish between flavors. The designs were presented to His Holiness the Dalai Lama and met with his endorsement and blessing.
Tracy Watts is a Brooklyn based hat designer. We created a new identity and responsive website. She wanted something modern and clean and mobile friendly. The site was built as a custom WordPress theme.
The Hashimoto's Institute is an online webinar series, about Hashimoto's disease, for doctors and other health practitioners. A butterfly became the emblem as it resembles the shape of the thyroid gland.
Blackbird is the high-end product line for Ayre Lighting. The logo and site were designed to compliment Ayre's look and feel.
Hell's Kitchen Butcher was started by a wholesale butcher based in Hell's Kitchen NY. The direct to consumer service promised to deliver meat, within the city limits, the next day within a specified time window, it also offered an overnight shipping option for deliveries further a field.
Nelligan White Architects are based in New York and wanted to develop a distinctive new look and website. A simple typographic NW., and logotype were developed. The brand had to implemented by the in-house team, so detailed guidelines were developed for consistent implementation.
Italica Fine Foods is one of the brands owned by Tee Pee Olives. The brief was to re-position their existing brand "Italica" by adding value to the brand and making it stand out in crowded market.
The approach was to build on the history of Italica, making it look like a trusted family-owned name, and to also make the product look organic with a textured looking label. Making it incredible value for money in it's category.
When Crypton decided to expand into the residential market, it started with a collection of dog-themed fabrics, designed by William Wegman in collaboration with Empire Design Studio.
Staring with six fabric designs, we also created a brand identity, launch materials, and an eye-catching print advertising campaign featuring Wegman’s dogs on Crypton fabric and upholstered furniture.
Pattern and Product Design
Route 7 Grill is a farm to table restaurant in Great Barrington, MA. We took the idea of a roadside diner and refined and modernized the look. We used the shapes of road signs and designed a selection of 7's in various sign shapes.
Crypton Super Fabrics engaged us as their art directors, over the course of three years, we re-positioned the brand, launched several new product initiatives to both consumer and trade audiences, built a photo library of products and lifestyle shots, art directed photo shoots for advertising and collateral, designed trade show booths.
G.ear was a start-up, started by an ultra-runner, who took issue with ear buds and how they slip out when running. We developed a brand identity, eco-friendly packaging, fabric patterns for the products and the product look itself.
Len-Tex Wallcovering wanted to refresh their brand, we designed a flexible logo system and implemented it on sample binders and other collateral materials.
Ayre is a lighting company that manufactures lighting for hospitality and contract markets. We updated the existing logo, created formats for their catalog, and built a website with a browser-based custom Content Management System (CMS) so they can update their own site. Ayre also owns Blackbird a high-end lighting company, so we designed a complementary site using the same admin tools.
For Bella-Dura, an outdoor fabric manufactuer we refined their existing logotype and created a brand strategy. The look was implemented onto print collateral, swatch cards, advertising and tradeshow booth.
The concept behind Booktiq to build a service that would fill the role of a publisher for the fast growing self publishing business model.
It provided editorial services and coaching taking the manuscript from an idea to finished, edited piece. We designed interior templates that the manuscript could be uploaded to, through a browser, and then tied that into print-on-demand service.
