Food Landscapes
To get the most out of London based, Carl Warner's photographs you have to look really closely, he creates fantastic detailed landscapes using food. In concepting the book, we discussed the idea of making part of it a sketchbook, showing behind-the-scenes stills, concept drawings and details from the images. For the book we also drew additional sets of ligatures, that added to the font set, creating irregular and unique ligature pairs–fun.
